As good staff are in desperately short supply, there has been a marked increase in demand for Temporary workers who can offer short-term availability and are able to support both homes and schools across the United Kingdom.
With this in mind, we are delighted to announce that we have added two new talents to the Residential Recruitment team, who will help us branch into both the Adult and Education Sectors. Both bring solid experience and industry knowledge to the table.
Rhiannon previously worked across many locations within the Health & Social care sector. She has a keen eye for understanding exactly what is needed at the coal face and that special ingredient necessary, to make the difference between an ordinary staff member and an outstanding team player.
Alex is opening up a new field for us in the Education market. He brings many years experience team building and an excellent reputation amongst SEN schools across the UK. When it comes to matching great candidates that best fit a client culture, Alex is the best in the business.
