Job Description

Residential Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for a children’s residential care provider in Lancaster, Lancashire.

  • Location: Lancaster, Lancashire
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Salary: £41,346 per annum, including an average of 8 sleep-ins per month
  • Requirements: At least 2 years in children’s residential care; Level 3/4 in Children’s Residential Care or Children’s Workforce; full manual UK driving licence
  • Benefits: £500 welcome bonus after probation; £1,000 refer-a-friend scheme
  • Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role
