Job Description
Residential Recruitment is recruiting a Team Leader for a children’s residential care provider in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
- Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: Competitive – ask us for details, plus £30 per sleep-in (around £3,600 a year extra on a full-time basis)
- Shifts: 2–3 shifts per week including sleep-ins
- Requirements: Must be 21 or over (Ofsted regulations); Level 4 or 5 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Benefits: 224 hours paid annual leave (rising to 240 after 5 years); enhanced DBS paid for
